Description :
1. White or colorless crystalline free flowing solid.
2. It is easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol.
3. It is water solution is slightly alkaline.
4. The solubility is 51.004% at 100'C

Usage: in baking powder; as food additive, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, fermentation auxiliary, adhesive.
